Roasted Garlic Honey Mustard
We're in Love Smokey Mountain Apiary and we're thrilled to be making mustard with honey from Metchosin! We roasted West Coast Garlic and then slowly infused the honey over low heat. We allowed for a longer curing process to allow the flavours to fully marry. Slightly sticky, delicately floral, and completely delightful. The beauty of keeping things local. This limited release won't last long!
